Before the workshop we will ask you to identify the opportunities and challenges of your most significant accounts. During the workshop you will define strategies and action plans adapted to your particular needs. Our programs are offered in several options to adapt to your needs:

Public Workshops: These are intense sessions of one to three days open to anyone in your organisation who has direct or indirect contact with their clients. See our calendar.

Workshops in-company: One of our consultants will work with your sales organization to fully understand your business needs and specific sales challenges, enabling a workshop delivery geared towards your needs. In certain situations it is even possible to customize the material to accommodate for company critical information, specific wording and logo's. Please contact us for further discussion.

The in-company workshops are perfect for those companies that have budget restrictions on travel or little flexibility towards the dates for the planned public workshops.
